Ergo srl, a company specialized in sustainability management consulting in all its dimensions – environmental, social, economic, and governance, is looking for a Secretary to be included in the staff at the headquarters in Pisa.
In particular, the person will perform the following tasks:
- Support to the secretariat (handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, managing document shipments, etc.)
- Executive assistance, documentation archiving, management of contacts with internal and external stakeholders, event organization, etc.
- Organization of workspace areas
- Management and booking of employee travel
- Data entry of projects into the company management system (updating projects and orders, monitoring deadlines, personnel allocations and extra personnel costs, communication with project managers, etc.)
- Employee expense reimbursements control through verification in the company management system to support HR function
- Procurement of stationery materials.
REQUIREMENTS
- High School Diploma
- At least 2 years of experience as a secretary
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Office packages
- Autonomy and proactiveness
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Team spirit
- Ability to collaborate with all company roles.
OFFER DETAILS
- Contract type: Fixed-term contract for 1 year with the aim of stabilization to permanent employment
- Gross Annual Salary (GAS): €19,000 – €20,000
- Part-time: 30 hours per week from Monday to Friday
- Applied collective contract: Professional Studies
- Level (IV or III) to be defined based on experience and capabilities
